W: Colin Eggleston A businessman pays off a large illegal gambling debt only to be manipulated into running up further crippling loses. Now under the thumb of the gambling boss, he is forced to use his warehouses to fence stolen goods. After learning of the arrangement, the man's wife is thrilled and pushes for more lucrative deal. Riverside detectives become involved while investigating fraudulent phone orders. Roy's training earns him a reprieve from night shifts from Eric while Valerie and Jeff want Roy move in with them to keep an eye on his training and diet. Terry surprises Amanda by asking her to move in with him but she turns him down. Tony's attempt to to play matchmaker for his classmate Max is rebuked by fellow classmate Jennifer. W: James Hunter Detectives finally catch up with their phone scammers. The brazen execution of a rogue henchman and a suicide note lead to the downfall of the crime boss. Eric's continued meddling causes Roy to drop out of the charity race. Jeff mends fences but Roy lays down some new rules — includes that half the losing bet go to charity. To make matter worse, Eric learns Roy will be going up against a ringer. Jeff takes some time off work and stuns Valerie by making dinner — Johnson Cordon Bleu (never mind the funny colour, just wait till you taste it). JJ is amused to learn Valerie has an admirer in the coffee shop's young cake supplier. Jeff's recent work has attracted the attention of the Commissioner who wants him to take a three month course on organised crime with the FBI in Washington. Valerie's thrilled by the opportunity but Jeff needs to find a buyer for his horse so he can afford for Valerie to go with him. Amanda accepts Terry's second, proper, marriage proposal. After an attempt to intimidate a juror, police work to find their suspect before he can silence a detective set to testify. Claire demands an answer from an agitated Tony about what's going on with his study partner, Jennifer. A combined party for Terry and Amanda and Jeff and Valerie is held at the Johnsons. Claire flees the party and tries to talk to Tony when he gets home but he's in no mood having already told Jennifer that his life is with Claire and Prue. Roy, now living in the Johnsons house, hosts a bucks party for Terry as his and Amanda's wedding day nears. With the wedding one day away, Terry is desperate to find a marriage celebrant. Ian Baxter tries to free his brother Joey from police custody at gunpoint. Returning from Amanda and Terry's wedding, Roy sneaks into the station and breaks up the hostage taking. W: Ray Kolle Riverside CI organises a sting to nab the thieves. One escapes but the other is seriously injured jumping from a balcony. Terry is upset when Amanda goes undercover to expose the photographer. Amanda tells him she's prepared to give up her career to start a family but Terry isn't the least bit interested, preferring to focus on his next endeavour, a feature film. After learning his model girlfriend is being blackmailed, one young thief goes to teach her photographer a lesson. Fortunately, the police arrive shortly after and are able to wrap up the intertwined cases. Roy wants to host a small dinner party to teach Rodney about etiquette but Rodney invites the entire station. After a lawyer files a complaint against Dani and Mike for their treatment of two youth, Roy advocates for a different tact leading to Eric brokering a deal between the kids and the police. Tom, who has had many run-ins with Kate, is looking into the company's books and fears she will interfere with the investigation if she goes to the media. Tom has dinner with his estranged wife hoping to find out where they stand. When old issues resurface, it's clear their relationship is over. Roy and Sam are puzzled when Eric returns to the station with a bag stuffed with loot he found with his metal detector. Danni wants Mike to help her find someone for Sam.
