Jen is taken to task by her sister Sheila over the care of their elderly mother and Karen steps her relationship with Eddie up a notch, but a visit from a desperate David threatens her plans, and Adam faces problems when his wife becomes increasingly distant.

David continues to claim ignorance of a dodgy overseas investment, but the evidence against him is stacking up and a distracted Karen is oblivious to the seriousness of the allegations being made against him.
