Detectives Wyatt and Benson refuse to testify for fear of self incrimination leaving Peter Faithful to testify in his team's defense and face Kidd's accusation that police planted a gun at the scene of the shooting.

The coroner comes back with an open finding on Steve Hennessey's death and refers the case to DPP for consideration.
