Corrupt cop Dennis Kelly tries to further his career by joining the National Crime Authority but his latest career-boosting strategy backfires. Badly.

Debbie Webb's whistleblowing has profound repercussions for her professionally and personally although it does garner her a friendship with Kim Hollingsworth who is still looking for a way to restore her dignity.

And a burgeoning love affair around the periphery of the law — Probationary Constable Wendy Jones and John Ibrahim — is already compromised and compromising.
