Pixie and Molly are arch enemies, as different as sugar and spice. During the 1920s, they are forced to leave home to attend high school — together. They travel hundreds of miles from the tiny settlement of Coolwong, deep in the Australian outback, to a big country town — together. The girls begin a new life with a new family. Together they fight, laugh, join the Girl Guides, fly in a biplane, discover Rudolph Valentino — and together, they grow up to understand one another. A warm, humorous and exciting story of two very strong-willed girls and the development of a most unlikely friendship. (20 x 25min)
