Will the highly trained staff of St Christopher's be able to save him? Elsewhere, adored by Warren but spurned by Dr. Lovechild, the beautiful but tragically short Nurse Effie climbs to the roof and threatens suicide… Will she jump?

Pam discovers she is pregnant and... that she is married to her brother… Will Mr and Mrs Good get a divorce?

Pam gives birth to a bouncing baby boy, while Ray reverts to the mental age of seven. Warren inherits the title 'Earl of Cronkshonk', Pam is arrested for Angie's murder, and a mystery woman arrives in reception... Could it be Matron's long-lost daughter?
