At Pica del Sabor, Bernardita’s friendliness with one customer leads to a noisy showdown with another, who Bernardita throws out of the shop, much to the displeasure of Rosa. Oly is alarmed when Jacinda starts spouting Bible quotes and having nightmares about burning in hell, and she angrily assumes Bernardita’s to blame. When Oly finds out Santi secretly enrolled Jacinda in Catholic Scripture at school she’s furious and overlooks the inconvenient fact that it was Angie who told Jacinda about hell. At Jacinda’s kindy assembly performance, Oly begins to regret her behaviour. A lesson in ethics with the kindergarten kids proves pertinent for Oly too, who actually turns out to be a pretty great ethics teacher and learns something about herself in the process.
