John Howard as John Taylor

John Howard

John Howard is one of Australia's pre-eminent actors. He is best remembered for his work in the hit Australian drama series Seachange in which he was awarded the 2001 Silver Logie Award for Most Outstanding Actor. He has delivered memorable performances in Dating the Enemy, Blackrock, In a Savage Land, Young Einstein and Evil Angels. John is a very flexible actor and is no stranger to the small screen, appearing in numerous TV series such as Stingers, Water Rats, State Coroner, Heartbreak High, A Town Like Alice and Water Under the Bridge.

John most recently completed work on the feature film The Man Who Sued God starring Billy Connelly and Judy Davis.

Anne Tenney as Liz Taylor

Anne Tenney

Anne is well remembered for portraying Molly Jones on A Country Practice. Her final episode on that series was an unforgettable TV moment when Molly lost her battle with leukemia In fact, it is considered one of the biggest tear jerker moments on Australian TV in the eighties.

Anne is also renowned for her role in the smash hit feature film The Castle directed by Rob Sitch. Anne also appeared alongside Bryan Brown in the film Dead Heart. In between, Anne has been in demand for theatre and TV roles alike. Her credits include Water Rats, G.P, Brides of Christ, Murder Call, Big Sky, Elly and Jools and Police Rescue.

Michala Banas as Marissa Taylor

Michala Banas

Michala Banas may seem like a fresh face to the small screen but she is an extremely accomplished actress despite her age. She was nominated for the Best Young Actress Award in the 1996 New Zealand Television Awards for her performance in the Australia/New Zealand co-production of Mirror Mirror. She has had numerous guest roles on some of Australia's highest rated dramas including Good Guys Bad Guys, State Coroner, Murder Call, and Blue Heelers.

Michala was extremely excited to get the opportunity to work with Sarah Michelle Gellar in the feature film Scooby Doo shot on Queensland's Gold Coast.

Daniel Bowden as Jason Taylor

Daniel Bowden

Daniel is not only a talented young actor, but he is also an extremely accomplished musician. He is a talented singer, songwriter and guitarist and has performed original material at various venues around Melbourne. He has recorded the CD Acoustic Act and songs for Always Greener.

His television credits include The Flying Doctors, A Country Practice, Ocean Girl, Raw FM, Blue Heelers and Crash Zone. He also appeared in the feature film Reign of Darkness.

Natasha Lee as Kimberley Taylor

Winning the role of Kimberley Taylor was a huge break for Natasha Lee. In fact it is her big break!

Always Greener is Natasha's first television role and she won the part because she delighted the producers with her naturalness and ease in front of the camera. The forecast for Natasha's future is bright.

Scott Major as Tom Morgan

Scott Major

Scott Major burst onto the acting scene when he debuted his talent in the smash movie Heartbreak Kid, and his subsequent two-year stint in the subsequent series Heartbreak High. Since Heartbreak High, Scott has been an in-demand actor, scoring roles in Cody, GP, Police Rescue, Blue Heelers, Water Rats, Wildside and All Saints.

Scott also features in the films He Died With A Felafel in his Hand and Envy.

Clayton Watson as Mickey Steele

Clayton has been acting since he was twelve years and upon graduating from high school, studied at The Austratlian Film and Television Academy in Queensland. He has made an impact on the theatre scene, winning roles in West Side Story and Swan Lake. Clayton is also a veteran of the small screen, making appearances in High Flyers, Pacific Drive, Blue Heelers, Flipper and Day of the Roses.

Clayton's has just recently completed shooting the Matrix II & III, and has also had featured roles in Casino Reef, Gargantua and Feeling Sexy.

Denise Roberts as Isabelle Turnbull

Denise Roberts is one of Australia's most versatile and acclaimed performers, with numerous Logie and Film Critics' Circle Award nominations and the 1993 Australian Film Institute (AFI) Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Television Drama for GP. Denise also won the 1994 Variety Club Television Drama Award for Best Actor. On the stage, Denise's recent performances include roles in A Girl's Night Out, Shirley Valentine, Late Night Catechism and The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. Adored by audiences for her role as Julie Winters over seven years of GP, Denise also has appeared in All Saints, Wildside, Correlli, Fields of Fire III, E Street, Rafferty's Rules and A Country Practice. She featured in the films The Dish, Road To Nhill, Going Sane and For Love Alone.

Georgie Shew as Katy Turnbull

Although Georgie is new to the acting game, she has received a lot of success. Having played guest roles on Home and Away, Stingers, Neighbours and Blue Heelers, Georgie scored a role in the summer smash-hit comedy, The Wogboy.

When she is not on set of Always Greener, Georgie enjoys snowboarding, horse riding, scuba diving, cycling and roller blading.

Andrew Clark as Derek Unn

Andrew Clark is part of television history now that he has picked up the Logie for Best Actor twice. He received his training at NIDA and Flinders University and his list of television, films, musicals and theatre are long and credible.

His television credits include A Country Practice, Cop Shop, Skippy, The Sullivans, Butterfly Island and The Man From Snowy River.

Andrew has also been fortunate enough to win many roles in feature film, including Bourke and Wills, Misconceptions, Outback Bound and The Saint in Manhattan.

Grant Bowler as Greg Steele

Grant Bowler is a NIDA graduate and has been critically acclaimed as being a talented and flexible actor. His first love is theatre and has starred in such productions as Happiness, Romeo and Juliet, Richard III and Hamlet.

His television credits include Blue Heelers, Medivac, Farscape, Stingers and Wildside.

Grant is also the the host of Channel Seven's award winning reality series The Mole.
